How to Enroll:

1. Schedule a Tour - Submit an online contact form or call to set up a time for your visit

2. Confirm your needs and schedule with the center director

3. Meet your teachers - Get to know the staff who will care for your child

4. Complete our enrollment packet - We will provide the forms when you visit

5. Provide up-to-date immunization and health records

6. Confirm your payment method (Subsidy or private pay)

We proudly accept DHS Childcare Subsidies and also welcome private-pay families. Contact us for current tuition rates and availability.

What to Expect After You Enroll

We want your family to feel supported and informed from day one. Here’s what happens after you complete enrollment:

• Confirmation Call or Email – We’ll confirm your start date and teacher assignment.

• Procare App Setup – You’ll receive instructions to download the Procare app, where you’ll check your child in/out

  • View updates, photos, and messages

  • Access tuition statements and make payments

• First Day Checklist – You’ll get a list of what to bring (diapers, snacks, change of clothes, etc.)

• Ongoing Communication – You’ll receive regular updates through Procare and staff check-ins.
